Abstract:

To solve a problem that much labor is required for disentangling an earphone cord to use since a long earphone cord is used at all the time considering convenience for a user in the case of using a portable telephone which uses an earphone cord and the cord is left in a mess when not used and that there is a no place for the cord when it is used inside a narrow car.

The winder is provided for winding the earphone cord, with which an earphone to be inserted into an ear hole is attached on one end and a plug to be connected to the main body of the portable telephone is attached to the other end, and the earphone cord is wound in this winder and housed. Since this winder is made of synthetic resins, extremely compact and light in weight so as to be held within the palm, it is convenient for carrying. Further, since the winder winds the earphone cord by rotating an upper rotary lid, when using the earphone cord, by having and pulling both ends of the earphone cord wound in the winder, the earphone cord is instantaneously released from the winder. As a result, the earphone cord can be speedily connected to the main body of the portable telephone set.
