Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy in execution of work by a method wherein a hydraulically operated retractable roller provided to a lifter is brought into contact with a guide rail provided to a column, and horizontality is corrected for the lifter, based on results of measurement applied to find horizontal displacement of the lifter.
CONSTITUTION: A guide rail 9, projectable and retractable by operation of an oil-hydraulic cylinder 8, is provided to a lifter 5 constructed in a three-story structure having an overhanging part, and a lasere oscillator 11 and a laser receiver 12 are also provided. Then, the guide roller 9 is brought into contact with a guide rail 6 provided to a column 2 erected on a foundation 1, and the lifter is lifted up with a step rod jack 4. While being lifted up, horizontal displacement of the lifter 5 is measured with laser beam, and the oil-hydraulic cylinder 8 is controlled, based on the result of measurement. Then, the guide roller 9 is made to project or retreat to correct horizontality for the lifter. Thereby, lifting-up of the lifter can be executed efficiently, improving the accuracy in execution of work.
