Abstract:

To collect earthquake data without omission and also to surely identify whether it is the latest data or not when a supervisory station collects earthquake data from plural earthquake terminal stations.

This system is provided with a supervisory station and plural earthquake terminal stations which have a seismometer including a sensor part 1 and a seismometer part 2, the earthquake terminal stations automatically send an earthquake detection signal to the supervisory station under the control of an automatic transmission controlling part 6 when they detect earthquake that exceeds prescribed earthquake intensity, and the supervisory stations which receives the earthquake detection signal instructs each earthquake terminal station to inhibit automatic transmission and also successively collects earthquake data of the earthquake terminal stations through polling. In such cases, a storing part 10 stores an earthquake detection signal that is outputted in an automatic transmission inhibition period by an earthquake terminal station and adds it to the part 6 when the automatic transmission inhibition is released. Also, a flag processing part 6 adds a flag that shows whether earthquake data to be sent to the supervisory station is the latest or not.
