The easing units 13 and 26 in the form of pipes are formed by providing abrasion preventing films 39, comprising chromium on the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipes composed of unidirectional fibers 37 and 38 made of carbon fibers impregnated with an epoxy resin. The fiber direction of the unidirectional fibers 37 faces the axial line directions of the pipes and the fiber direction of the unidirectional fibers 38 faces the circumferential directions of the pipes. The chromium plating is carried out on the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipes of the unidirectional fibers 37 and 38 containing the epoxy resin to form the abrasion preventing films 39.
