To improve vibration isolating performance without increasing the weight of an elastic suspension device.

This elastic suspension device M is provided with an outer member 11 fixed to a vibration source, an inner member 12 fixed to a support part and an elastic member 13 connecting the both members 11 and 12 to each other and multiple hole parts 14 penetrating through the outer member 11 are filled with resin or rubber material 15. When vibration inputted form the vibration source deforms the outer member 11 of the elastic suspension device M, the resin or rubber material 15 filling the hole parts 14 is deformed to exhibit a damping function. As a result, vibration transmission characteristics from the vibration source to the support part are improved so as to improve the vibration isolating performance of the elastic suspension device M and exhibit the vibration isolating performance in a wide frequency range. This constitution can dispense with addition of a large weight mass so as to contribute to the weight reduction of the whole elastic suspension device M.
