Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the wire harness simple and light-weight, by giving the multiplex transmission function to an electric equipment itself. CONSTITUTION:A terminal part 3 is provided additionally with 4 terminals for multiplex transmission, namely, receiving terminals RD+ and RD- for serial received data and transmitting terminals SD+ and SD- for serial transmitted data besides individual signal terminals I1-I11 and O1-O4, and a multiplex receiving part 7 and a multiplex transmitting part 8 are provided. In the multiplex receiving part 7, information from an information source device required for the electric equipment is extracted from information put on a multiplex transmission line and is converted to the same signal as a processed signal of the individual input signal and is sent to a processing function part 6. In the multiplex transmitting part 8, an output signal for an actuator or the like which is obtained by the operation processing in the processing function part 6 is converted to a serial data signal for multiplex transmission and is transmitted to the multiplex transmission line at a proper timing.
