Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric linear actuator which avoids the operation lock of a ball screw, is low in cost, and excellent in rotational performance.SOLUTION: A housing 2 is composed of a first housing 2a and a second housing 2b, an electric motor is attached to the first housing 2a, and bag holes 11, 12 for accommodating a screw shaft 10 are formed at a butt-joint part between the first and second housings 2a, 2b. A speed reduction mechanism 6 comprises an input gear 3 fixed to a motor shaft, an intermediate gear 4 engaged with the input gear 3, and an output gear 5 which is engaged with the intermediate gear 4, and integrally fixed to a nut 18. The intermediate gear 4 is rotatably pivoted to gear shafts 22 which are implanted into the first housing 2a and the second housing 2b via a shell-shaped needle-type bearing 23, ring-shaped washers 27, 28 are attached to both sides of the intermediate gear 4, and a width of a tooth part of the intermediate gear 4 is formed smaller than a tooth width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
