An electric lock system includes: handle operation detection means 10c for outputting operation detection signals when a turning operation of an indoor side lever handle 10b is detected; a human body detection unit 12 provided near the indoor side lever handle 10b, for detecting closeness to the indoor side lever handle 10b from the indoor side and outputting human body detection signals; a notification unit 16 for issuing a notice for an intruder; and an electric lock control unit 13 for outputting a notice indicating that the indoor side lever handle 10b is fraudulently unlocked when the human body detection signals from the human body detection unit 12 are not inputted when the operation detection signals from the handle operation detection means 10c are inputted.
