PURPOSE: To enable simplification of diagnosis of failured parts and rapid repair thereof.

CONSTITUTION: In an electric locking device which is constituted by connecting a main operation device 1 and a sub-operation device 2 which are provided with respective central processing units CPU to an electric lock 3 by means of a signal conductor (L), and an electric lock is capable being locked/unlocked through the signal conductor (L) from the main operation device 1 or the sub- operation device 2, CPU operational condition display devices LED are provided to the main operation device 1, the sub-operation device 2 and the electric lock 3, respectively. When the CPU is in normal operation, its CPU operational condition display device LED may be flashed at the appropriately predetermined period. Switches are provided at the respective CPU operational condition display devices LED, and the CPU operation condition display LED may be flashed as requested. In addition, a test mode operation device S1 to instruct execution/ stopping of the respective CPU operational condition display devices LED is provided in the main operation device 1, and the CPU operational condition display device LED is flashed as requested.
