To provide an electric motor and the like capable of suppressing sparks from occurring between the commutator and the brush.SOLUTION: An electric motor 2 includes: a rotor 10 with a rotating shaft 30; a commutator 40 attached to the rotating shaft 30; and a brush 50 in contact with a commutator 40.
