By outwardly folding the volume end of a helical compression spring 41 which energizes in the direction to estrange a magnet member 33 in which a rotor side stopper projection 51 is run out and formed in the bottom part and a female thread member 18 in which a fixed side stopper projection 52 is run out and formed in the top part, the intermediate stopper projection 53 is formed by wire rods themselves of the helical compression spring 41 and the rotation of the rotor 32 is limited since relative displacement of the rotor side stopper 51 against the fixed side stopper projection 52 is regulated by the intermediate stopper projection 53.
