Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the behavior of a vehicle while preventing extraneous torque control in a case where the torque of either one of two motors reduces against an instruction.SOLUTION: A drive force control apparatus 1 of an electric vehicle 10 has at least two motors 11L, 11R incorporated and is capable of providing left and right wheels 14L, 14R with a difference in drive force using torque of the two motors 11L, 11R. The control apparatus includes: a first computation part 3 for computing a target yaw rate Yrq that enables the electric vehicle 10 to track a targeted route on the basis of vehicular information including a vehicular speed and a steering angle in a case where the torque of either one of the two motors 11L, 11R reduces against an instruction; a determination part 4 for determining whether a yaw rate YR of the electric vehicle 10 is within a range R produced by adding to or subtracting a given permissible value α from the target yaw rate Yrq; and a control part 9 for performing control to increase or decrease the torque of at least the other of the two motors 11L, 11R in a case where the yaw rate YR falls outside the range R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
