To provide an electric wire joint device capable of flexibly coping with both of a case where a branch wire is added and a case where it is not added on in-line (on a manufacturing tool of a wire harness).
The electric wire joint device comprises: a T-shaped terminal metal fitting 10 integrally having first to third connecting ends 10A, 10B, 10C connectable with terminals of first to third electric wires WA, WB, WC, respectively, wherein the first connecting end 10A is positioned on substantially the same straight line as the second connecting end 10B; a resin cover 20 for covering the terminal metal fitting 10; and a mold resin 30 injected/solidified inside the resin cover 20. A portion housing the first and second connecting ends 10A, 10B is constituted as linear tape winding fixing parts 1A, 1B that can be fixed to a wire harness WH by winding a tape T therearound.
