Abstract:
To provide an electrical connector capable of saving a mounting space on a circuit board, and stably ejecting a card.
The electrical connector capable of selectively connecting either a plug or a card as a counterpart object includes: an insulator body forming a housing space for housing the counterpart object; a plurality of contacts mounted on the insulator body and equipped with contact parts exposed to the housing space; and an ejection member for ejecting the card inserted into the housing space. The ejection member is to be arranged toward a rear side of the housing space along an insertion direction of the counterpart object.
