Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film laminate for electric insulation, which has excellent interface adhesiveness, high heat resistance and high electrical insulation property (electric breakdown voltage) that are very important for the purposes of electric insulation, and good insertion property in processing.SOLUTION: An electrically insulating laminate is provided, which is configured to include a fiber sheet laminated with an adhesive component 1 on at least one surface of a film layer. In regard to the surface where the fiber sheet is laminated, when a thickness of the fiber sheet layer 2 measured from an outermost end (outermost surface of the fiber sheet layer 2) is denoted by d, the adhesive component is present at a position 3 corresponding to d/2 from the outermost end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
