To improve the durability of a damper used for an electricity-mechanical vibration transducer and to facilitate assembly work.
A yoke is kept inside an annular yoke holding part 8a. A plurality of suspension springs 8b1, 8b2 and 8b3 having similar shapes are arranged outside the yoke holding part 8a so that they surround the yoke holding part. One end part of each suspension spring is fixed to a case through one of supporting parts 3a, 3b and 3c, and the other end part is fixed to the yoke holding part 8a through one of connection parts 25a, 25b and 25c. Thus, the lengths of the suspension springs can be made longer, width can be enlarged and durability can be improved. The supporting parts 3a, 3b and 3c can be thinned with improvement of the durability, and the case and damper parts can surely be fixed by screwing from only one side of the electricity-mechanical vibration transducer.
