To provide an electro-discharge-machining device and an electro-discharge-machining method that further increase an amount of electro-discharge-machining and aims to improve accuracy in electro-discharge-machining as well as the shortening of electro-discharging time by effectively removing electro-discharge-machining chips generated in discharge-machining.
The electro-discharge-machining device that performs electro-discharge machining to a workpiece in water is provided with a positioning setting section 10 that positions the workpiece and sets the workpiece by adjusting the level, and an electro-discharge-machining head section 11 that performs the electro-discharge machining to the workpiece by freely moving, elevating and rotating the device in the axial direction of the positioning setting section.
