Abstract:
To prevent an induction coil of an electrodeless discharge lamp from becoming dirty.
A strain vibrator 100 is fixed to an induction coil 2, and a high frequency electric power is applied to the strain vibrator 100 from a high frequency power source 101. Even if a light emitting tube 10 and the induction coil 2 are used for a long time dipped in a fluid, since the induction coil 2 is vibrated with supersonic wave produced with the strain vibrator 100 and the high frequency power source 101, the induction coil 2 does not become dirty.
