Abstract:
To improve the work efficiency of electrodeposition coating of a plurality of frames in parallel.SOLUTION: An electrodeposition coating system 10 includes a camera 58 for taking images of a plurality of frames placed on a pallet. A controller 62 extracts a combination of frame types for electro-deposition treatment in parallel from the picture images, sets an electrodeposition condition from among the electrodeposition conditions for each combination of frame types previously stored in an electrodeposition condition setting unit 74 and controls the operation of a power supply unit 60 according to the set electrodeposition condition. This process makes it possible to set the electrodeposition condition without an operator and to appropriately perform electrodeposition coating on each frame, when performing the electrodeposition treatment of the plurality of frames in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
