Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a thrust without contaminating molten metal by providing a holder for holding a refractory material on the side of the end of a toothed part of an induction core, thereby preventing the material from dropping. Projections 11b... which extend horizontally are formed at the ends of the toothed part 11a... and U-shaped recesses 11c... are formed above the projections 11b.... The ends of the toothed part 11a..., the projections 11b, and the recesses 11c are held from inside at the lower portion of the material 8.
