To provide an electromagnetic interference suppression sheet that prevents powder from falling from a magnetic sheet, is simple in manufacturing process and few in number of components, and can be easily stuck.

The electromagnetic interference suppression sheet is provided with a surface protection film 2 having wider area than the magnetic sheet 1 comprising soft magnetic powder and an organic binder, on at least one surface of the magnetic sheet 1 and with an adhesive layer 3 in at least a partial area of the surface protection film 2 outside the magnetic sheet 1. Further, release paper 4 is provided below the magnetic sheet 1 and adhesive layer 3, and when the release paper 4 is peeled, the stickable adhesive layer 3 remains.
