Abstract:
To provide a photo-curable ink binder exhibiting improved resolution through a curing reaction by irradiation with electron beams or UV rays, and having excellent low curing shrinkage.
The photo-curable ink binder contains a urethane resin as a film-forming component, which is obtained by reacting a compound (a) having both of a hydroxy group and an alkali-soluble group in the molecule with a compound (b) having both of a hydroxy group and a vinyl group in the molecule, a polycarbonate polyol (c) and a polyisocyanate (d).
