PURPOSE: To distribute electronic bulletin board registration data automatically to a subscriber defined in advance when the data are registered in the electronic bulletin board in the electronic bulletin board service of the message store and forward exchange.

CONSTITUTION: Data 11 entered by an accommodated subscriber or the like and registered in the electronic bulletin board are stored and processed by an electronic bulletin board data registration processing section 12. After the end of registration processing, the electronic bulletin board data registration processing section 12 publicates a distribution request to an electronic bulletin board data distribution request management section 13. The electronic bulletin board data distribution request management section 13 manages the request by using a queue and informs the presence of a distribution request to an electronic bulletin board distribution management section 14. The electronic bulletin board distribution processing section 14 extracts the request from the electronic bulletin board data distribution request management section 13 according to the notice from the electronic bulletin board data distribution request management section 13, divides subscribers defined by an electronic bulletin board distribution subscriber data management section 15 into subscribers A1-AN and stores sequentially them to queues 16-1-16-N corresponding respectively to the destination subscriber. The stored data are distributed to each destination.
