An electronic device comprises: a vibration substrate that has front and rear surfaces and comprises two vibration arms disposed in parallel, a first base portion for coupling two vibration arms at one ends thereof, a second base portion for coupling the two vibration arms at the other ends thereof, and an electrode pad electrically connected to the two vibration arms on a surface where widths of the two vibration arms extend in an extension direction of the vibration arms; a first substrate connected to the front surface of the vibration substrate; and a second substrate connected to the rear surface of the vibration substrate. As viewed in a plan view from a direction of the first substrate connected to the vibration substrate, the electrode pad is disposed at a position exposed from the first substrate.
