A cabinet 1 having a plane state metal cabinet member 1A at least at a part, a circuit board 2 having a signal wiring layer 2A and a grounding electric potential layer 2B attached with electronic parts and arranged in parallel with the metal cabinet member 1A in the interior of the cabinet 1 are provided, while a static electricity protection wiring 2c is arranged in parallel with the signal wiring 2a of the signal wiring layer 2A, and a static electricity warding pin 7 is installed in the static electricity protection wiring 2c, which is arranged leaving a prescribed spacing extended in the direction toward the metal cabinet member 1A from the static electricity protection wiring 2c, and the static electricity warding pin 7 is electrically connected to the grounding electric potential layer 2B.
