Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement circuit having high resolution and excellent linearity using a capacitive sensor as a measurement sensor.SOLUTION: The electronic measurement circuit includes: a first integration unit 5 having two integrators configured so as to be alternately connected to a common electrode for integrating electric charge received from the sensor connected to the common electrode; a first comparator 9 for comparing analog output values from the first integration unit; a second integration unit 7 for integrating electric charge received from the first integration unit 5; a second comparator 19 for comparing analog output values from the second integration unit; a switching circuit 3 for switching different voltage values across a capacitor; a feedback circuit 11 for supplying a digital output signal ai from the first comparator to the switching circuit, and for controlling the operation; and an increment calculation unit 13 for receiving digital output signals ai and bi from the comparator, and for supplying a final digital output signal y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
