An operation frequency stored in a nonvolatile memory of a storage device 108 is incremented, in response to predetermined operation (push-down operation) in an operation part 104; price data stored in the nonvolatile memory of the storage device 108 are read out, in response to the predetermined operation (the push-down operation) in the operation part 104; and price display based on this read-out price data are displayed on a display part 103 for a fixed time.
