To provide an electronic unit that can effectively shield electromagnetic waves generated from electronic components.SOLUTION: An electronic unit includes an electronic component 4, a casing 2 that houses the electronic component 4, an inner cover 3 housed inside the casing 2 and configured to be electrically connected to the electronic component 4, and an outer cover 5 for covering an opening of the casing 2.
