This electropolishing device 1 is a device for electropolishing a workpiece 4 by inserting the workpiece 4 into an electrolyte 3 filled in an electrolytic cell 2, and has a circulating pipe 5 arranged outside the electrolytic cell 2 and forming a circulating passage of the electrolyte 3, and a pump P for forcibly circulating the electrolyte 3 in the electrolytic cell 2 via the circulating pipe 5. The electrolyte 3 is set in the direction orthogonal to the supply direction (x) of the workpiece 4 on the circulating direction (c) of the electrolyte 3 in the electrolytic cell 2. Since the circulating direction (c) of the electrolyte 3 to the workpiece 4 is set in the direction (y) orthogonal to the supply direction (x) of the workpiece 4, the fresh and undeteriorated electrolyte 3 is supplied to a processing surface of the workpiece 4, and the quality of the processing surface by the electropolishing is stably secured.
