Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the root sections of movable sections from being broken because of stress concentration.

CONSTITUTION: A movable piece 2 allows the circumference of a movable electrode 4 to be cut off in an U shape by means of plasma etching such as RIE and the like so as to allow its root sections 30 at both the sides to be formed into a R shape each. The root sections 3O in a R shape prevent stresses from being concentrated at the root sections 30, and the root sections 30 are prevented from being damaged by external impact and vibration.
