Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatically supported auger type powdery or granular food material deposition system for preferentially guiding charged food materials toward a conveyer zone on which solid food is placed. CONSTITUTION: Concerning a dry component deposition apparatus equipped with an auger surrounded with a distribution tubo 30 having plural opening parts 32 for uniformly scattering powdery or granular food materials 40 to be applied onto the solid food, a wire 22 for generating horizontally a practically uniform electrostatic field over almost the full length of the distribution tubo in order to generate the electrostatic field on the carrier path of food materials to get out of the outlet of the distribution tubo 30 is attached to the distribution tubo 30 at a vertical interval just for a preset distance.
