Title:
ELEMENT COOLING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1174426
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To increase the cooling capacity by securing the satisfactory heat transfer area, by a method wherein one end of fin members of the fin laminated bodies made of multiple fin members formed of excellent heat transferable thin sheetlike members and tubular members integrally fixed with the fin members are abutted against the heat detecting plate whereto a cooled element is fitted.

Tubular members 5 are passed through fin members 4 formed of multiple arrayed excellent heat transferable thin sheets. Next, the fin members 4 and the tubular members 5 are integrally fixed with one another so as to constitute a fin laminated body 6, so that one end sides of respective fin members 4 of the fin laminated body 6 may be respectively abutted against a heat detecting plate 7. Through these procedures, the heat transferr area can be satisfactorily secured, thereby enabling a specific cooling capacity to be obtained without enlarging respective fin members 4. Furthermore, when respective V type trenches are formed on the opposing positions in the heat detecting plate 7 to the ends of respective fin members 4 so as to abut the one end sides of the fin members 4 against the heat detecting plate 7, the contact area between respective members 4 and the heat detecting plate 7 is enlarged, thereby enabling the heat transfer efficiency to be further increased.
