Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit the addition or removal of a fluid from wells without disturbing cells, etc., in the wells by forming a set of the wells comprising two parallel rows of the wells and forming two specific volumes in each well.
CONSTITUTION: This test plate comprises at least one set of wells 12 comprising two essential parallel rows of the wells. Each well has the first volume area 14 and the second volume area 16. The first volume area receives a housing 44 for performing a fluid interaction process. The section volume area has a shape permitting the introduction of a pipette, etc., for the addition or removal of the fluid but not permitting to fit the housing thereinto.
