To propose an elevator car having a structure of a car wall, and having no conventional problem of a device cited as a conventional technology.
This elevator car 2 has adjacently arranged wall panels (4.1 and 4.2). Two joining elements (7.1 and 7.2) exist in areas of adjacent end surfaces (9.1 and 9.2) of the wall panels (4.1 and 4.2). One is fixed to the main surface (8.1) of the first wall panel (4.1), and the other is fixed to the main surface (8.2) of the second wall panel (4.2) existing on the same plane. The respective joining elements (7.1 and 7.2) also overlap with the main surface of the wall panel unfixed with the joining element. Among the joining elements (7.1), one has an oblique boundary surface (10). and the other joining element (7.2) has the opposed contours (11) sliding on the oblique boundary surface (10) when the wall panels (4.1 and 4.2) are arrayed.
