Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable emergency counter measures to be taken for continuing power generation without limiting generator output in emergency such as a parallel-off of interlocked systems and sharp decrease in load.
CONSTITUTION: The main power system 1 and a dump power line 3 are connected to the output of a turbine-driven generator G. The line 3 is also connected to a power consumer through a power controller 5. In emergency only such as a parallel-off of interlocked system and sharp decrease in load, a controller A actuates the power controller 5 to control it as that its power supply attains the amount of calculated dump power.
