Abstract:
To provide an emergency stopper for an elevator capable of easily attaching and detaching shoe material without detaching a wedge body.
A shoe attachment member 20 having shoe material 21 attached is mounted on a front surface of the wedge body 22 made operate in a direction of press-contacting a guide rail 4 raised in an elevator shaft in an emergency situation. The shoe attachment member 20 is detachably fixed on the wedge body 22 from a lower or a side direction with a fixture 23.
