Abstract:
To provide an employee management apparatus and an employee management system which, by managing a work state of an employee in view of a staying time of the employee in a work area and a non-work area, can prompt the employee engaged in inefficient work to improve his/her work.SOLUTION: In an employee management system, an employee management apparatus calculates work time of an employee outside working hours on the basis of entry/exit time of the employee to a work area, and, if it is determined that the work time of the employee outside the working hours is longer than a predetermined setting value, notifies the employee and/or his/her manager of the fact that a work state of the employee is problematic. The apparatus also calculates non-work time of the employee within the working hours on the basis of entry/exit time of the employee to a non-work area and, if it is determined that the non-work time of the employee within the working hours is longer than the predetermined setting value, notifies the employee and/or his/her manager of the fact that the work state of the employee is problematic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
