Abstract:

To provide an endoscope remote-controlled operating system, wherein a low invasive treatment is executed by enabling a physician to let an endoscope body go from his/her both hands and stay at a sitting position.

The endoscope remote-controlled operating system 100 includes: an endoscope body 200; and an operation controller 300 to give operation instructions to the endoscope body 200. The endoscope body 200 includes: a first driving part 210 to drive an upward or downward angle handle that swings up or down the leading end of an insert 12 of a digestive tract endoscope inserted into the digestive tract of a patient for operation; a second driving part 220 to drive the upward or downward angle handle that swings the end of the insert 11 left and right; a third driving part 230 to rotate a holder 231 holding the handle 1 in order to rotate the insert 11 around its axle; and a fourth driving part 240 to horizontally move the holder 231 along a rail 241 in order to move the insert 11 forth and back.
