Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of electric power generated by a solar battery 7.
SOLUTION: Power generation is conducted through the use of the solar battery 7, and nighttime power is charged in a storage battery 31 at nights. A power unit 9 is provided which transmits surplus power to a distribution line. If a large difference exists between day and night electricity bills, a night storage battery 31 is fully charged. During daytime, the consumption of the storage battery 31 and transmission quantity are controlled, based on storage quantity and power generation quantity, and consumption.
