Abstract:
To provide an energy recovery system removing harmful substance produced in thermal decomposition and combustion of log and increasing energy efficiency.SOLUTION: An energy recovery system is provided with fuel supply means which supplies a log; thermal decomposition means which thermally decomposes the log; combustion means which burns a gas produced through the thermal decomposition by the thermal decomposition means; heat exchange means which recovers and exchanges heat of the gas burnt by a combustion device; dust collection means which filters out a combustion gas discharged from the heat exchange means and collects dust; combustion gas processing means which supplies urea water and alkali water to the combustion means; first air supply means which supplies air to the thermal decomposition means; second air supply means which supplies air to the combustion means; moisture supply means which supplies moisture to the thermal decomposition means; a combustion gas recirculation pipe where a valve for recirculating part of the combustion gas discharged from the dust collection means to a duct coupling the combustion means and second air supply means to each other is installed; and an energy recovery device which is coupled to the heat exchange means to recover thermal energy or electric energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
