PURPOSE: To obtain an easily usable eco-friendly energy source by utilizing power which is similar to the rotation of the earth caused by the electricity induced in an object when the object moves across magnetic lines of force.

CONSTITUTION: Two magnetic plates are rotated while resisting surfaces are made oblique in a fixed direction, with their same magnetic poles, positive or negative magnetic poles, facing each other. Since reaction energy is generated between the magnetic plates, the plates are lightly accelerated by giving a torque to the plates by increasing the reaction energy by bringing the plates closer to each other and separating the plates farther from each other.
