The epoxy resin-based coating material for the floor is used for coating a floor in a building, contains an epoxy resin, an alicyclic ionic liquid and an aliphatic ionic liquid, and thereby obtains such antistatic performance as to have an electric resistance value of less than 10^10 Ω when a voltage of 10 V-1,000 V is applied at a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 30%, for instance. When the alicyclic ionic liquid is an alicyclic amine-based ionic liquid and the aliphatic ionic liquid is an aliphatic amine-based ionic liquid, an influence on properties of a coating film of the coating material for the floor is suppressed.
