Abstract:
To provide equipment for perforating an amorphous inorganic nonmetal material having stable performance.SOLUTION: Equipment for perforating an amorphous inorganic nonmetal material having stable performance includes a perforation box. A perforation chamber opened forward is installed in the perforation box; a fixed mechanism is installed in the bottom wall of the perforation chamber; an open hole is formed in the bottom wall of the perforation chamber. An acid corrosion method of perforating glass perforates the glass by acid corrosion; after finishing the perforation, the quality of a hole is guaranteed by polishing the hole by a drill and smoothly leveling the hole; a success rate increases compared with traditional drill perforation to avoid increase in cost due to a perforation error; simultaneously, automatic perforation saves labor; and even a potential safety problem in artificial work is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
