To provide an exercise pants-type supporter having both activity and high functionality.
This exercise pants-type supporter includes pants whose front part is made of a woven fabric 2, a stretchable woven fabric 3, and a zipper 13, whose back (rear side) part is made of stretchable netty woven fabrics 4 and 4', which have stretchable nets 7 and 7' which are made by covering sponges 5', 6, and 6' on an outside sewn with a right and left stretchable net, as a strap at a waist part of an upper back, and which have adhesive tapes 8 and 8' sewn on both the sides. Pelvis side protecting plates 9 and 9' which are formed by cutting off each of a plurality of curved incision lines 10 and 10' so as to cross in a zigzag form on the stretchable netty woven fabrics 4 and 4' of the back and side are made to correspond by sewing the periphery and the incision lines together and opening the zigzag incision lines according to transformation and action of the body, and hip bone supporters 12 and 12' are sewn on the back lower part of the crotch of both the sides of the pants so as to protect the hip bones when falling on the buttocks.
