To disclose an exercise tool.SOLUTION: There is provided an exercise tool. The exercise tool comprises a fixing body. A slide body is installed on a right end of the fixing body, and a rope passing block capable of rotating is installed in each of the fixing body and the slide body, and between the fixing body and the slide body, a rotary unit for passing the rope passing block is installed. In the present invention, the exercise tool whose configuration is facilitated and which can be easily operated, which can be easily repaired, is provided, and the facility can be stably actuated. Without necessity of passing a big rope by manual operation, the facility can avoid muscle strain due to a significant motion, and the facility can be further popularized and often used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
