This exhaust emission control device utilizing the liquid reducing agent, provided with an engine cooling system introducing high temperature cooling water after cooling the engine to a surge tank and feeding cooling water with air separated into a water pump by the surge tank and an exhaust emission control system supplying the liquid reducing agent stored in a reducing agent tank into a reduction catalyst converter, is designed that the surge tank is arranged in the reducing agent tank so as to directly heat-exchange the liquid reducing agent in the reducing agent tank with the surge tank, and the liquid reducing agent is heated by the heat of the surge tank.
