Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super strength precast concrete that has at least 150 N/mm2 of a compressive strength, and can prevent explosion, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A hardened concrete in which a fresh concrete with which synthetic resin fiber is mixed is performed with placing and demolding, is performed with high temperature history curing, then is cured by at least the temperature in which the mixed plastic fiber melts even if the concrete temperature is low in a drying furnace, the melted synthetic resin is made to be absorbed into microvoids of the concrete in the curing, thereby at least a portion of an occupancy space of the synthetic resin is changed into a cavity of a cement hardened body to manufacture a super strength precast concrete. The super strength precast concrete has a structure that has a cavity in which at least a portion of the synthetic resin fiber mixed into an inside of the concrete is melted to be absorbed into microvoids of the hardened cement body to control explosion.
