The exterior panel 1 is composed of a rectangular board-shaped panel body 2 and a large number of furring strip pieces 3 disposed at required intervals mutually extensively over the whole rear of the panel body 2. These panel body 2 and furring strip pieces 3 are formed integrally of a ceramic material.
