A flexible bar-like skin presser A with a spherical tip is arranged in comb shape in front of a razor blade B orthogonally to the moving direction of a razor. When the razor is pressed to the skin, the right and left bars of the skin presser A apply pressure to the skin. The center of the skin thereby rises to raise the whiskers while pushing out the fat part accumulated in the pores of the skin, to the skin surface. When the razor is pulled in this state, the whiskers are shaved with the razor blade B, and the pushed-out fat part is scooped up.
