PURPOSE: To simplify concn. adjustment of facing agent and to shorten adjusting time less than the time with the conventional method, by arranging two tanks of a first tank for incorporating facing agent and adjusting this concn. thereof, and a second tank for receiving supply of the facing agent from the first tank.
CONSTITUTION: A switch in a control panel 17 is turned on and the facing agent already adjusted is incorporated into the first tank 1. Successively, a switch for a first stirred in an operational panel 16 is turned on to rotate the first stirrer 4 and the facing agent in the first tank 1 is sufficiently stirred. Then, by setting Baumee's hydrometer to a first L-shaped tube, concn. of the facing agent in the first tank 1 is measured. In the case of being the suitable concn., by opening a valve, the facing agent is fed to the second tank 2. After that, a switch for a second stirrer in the operational panel 16 is turned on to rotate the second stirrer 5 and the facing agent in the second tank 2 is sufficiently stirred. Successively, a switch for pump in the operational panel 16 is turned on to work the pump 8 and the facing agent from the second tank 2 is sucked up and this facing agent is sprayed on the mold from a nozzle 9.
